TN Assembly Election Results
TN Election Results for all 234 Assembly Constituencies will be declared on 4th May 2026. Election Results of all the 234 assembly constituencies which went for polls on 23 April 2026 will likely be declared by 1pm on Monday. As EVMs were used in these elections, results are expected with in 4 to 5 hours from the time of counting starts.

In the 2021 Tamil Nadu Assembly Elections, DMK alliance secured 133 seats while AIADMK won 60 seats. Congress also won 17 seats across the state. With actor Vijay entering politics through TVK, the 2026 elections are expected to witness a triangular contest almost in all the constituencies across Tamilnadu. Kamal Hasan has declared that his party Makkal Needhi Maiam (MNM) is not participating in these elections and he is offering unconditional support to the DMK-led alliance.
Several Exit Polls have been released by several organizations and many of them have predicted current ruling party DMK will come to power once again in Tamilnadu while Axis My India survey has predicted that film actor Joseph Vijay’s party TVK will win majority of seats and will stand as single largest party in these TN Assembly Elections 2026 with 100 plus seats. Apart from this survery, no other survey has predicted that Vijay will win more seats other than remaining political parties.
So its not yet clear which party will win these elections. Vote counting time is approaching and this page will be updated as soon as results come in.
